1. Overview
This website is operated by Carolina Del Castillo, a registered sole trader (Trabalhador Independente) operating under Portuguese law in Lisbon, Portugal. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business.

2. Pricing and Taxes (Artigo 53.º CIVA)
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Euros (€).

Tax Exemption Notice: As a registered business operating under the special regime of Artigo 53.º do Código do Imposto sobre o Valor Acrescentado (CIVA) in Portugal, VAT (IVA) is not charged on transactions (Isenção de IVA / Artigo 53.º). Prices displayed are final.

3. Products & Handmade Variations
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the artisanal nature of 3D-printed, handcrafted, and sculpted items, slight variations in finish, tone, or texture may occur. These are unique characteristics of artisanal creation.

4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
