Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! As a studio based in Lisbon, Portugal, we craft and curate our pieces with the utmost care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window)
Under European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return any item without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
* You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with EU regulations, custom-made or personalized artwork and jewelry tailored specifically to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us via email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Lisbon, Portugal.
3. Pack the item securely (using protective bubble wrap or original packaging to avoid damage during transit).

*Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.*

4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Because our pieces include fragile sculptures and delicate items, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
